These terms apply to all software and services offered by hezien, China ("we", "us"), including the products listed below (each, "the Software"). By installing, using or purchasing the Software, you agree to these terms. Product-specific sections apply in addition to the general terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software. A lifetime license covers the purchased product for as long as it is offered, for one person. You may not resell, share or reverse-engineer license keys.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io) as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown in USD. Any refund requests are handled in accordance with Creem's policies and applicable law; the developer makes no additional refund commitment.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
We may revoke licenses obtained through fraud or abuse.
We may update these terms, including adding sections for new products; continued use means acceptance.
ChatSaver works with third-party websites (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, and changes to those sites may temporarily affect functionality.
